It wasn’t set up as well as it could have been, and it’s been talked about to set it up better, but you’re right that it hasn’t done much so far.

This is probably suggesting a solution that has already been ruled out as useless… But have you looked into possibly setting your computer up to remind you to have a glass of water every couple of hours, or perhaps use (if it exists, I vaguely recall it does) a phone service that will call you to do so?

(I’m using my computer to at least remind me to take meds, though recently I’ve been too out-of-it to actually respond for a couple of hours afterwards.)
